Description
- In this machine Vacuum pump, Air Compressor, Ultrasonic spay nozzle e drive system,
magnetic stirrer are placed outside of the machine. Switch ON supply for all these
instruments. - Now place the solution over the magnetic stirrer and set low rpm for small beakers like 65
RPM. - Place the peristaltic pump tube inside the beaker, Power on the main panel and after five
seconds you can see the home page. Go to setting option and set the RPM of peristaltic
pump as 30 RPM/sec and then come to Menu page and select MANUAL, change the mode to - Manual mode. Continuously press pump run to fill the solution in the tube upto the tip of
ultrasonic nozzle. After filling go to setting page and chage the peristaltic pump RPM as 1
RPM/sec. - Open the main door and place the rubber sheet along with GDL as per your dimension.
- Switch ON the vacuum pump by switching VACUUM ON and make the GDL get vacuumed
and stick on the Vacuum hot plate. - Now switch ON the e drive system and set the power as 5 watt. Then go to setting page in
HMI and set the required HOT PLATE TEMP SET (EXAMPLE 70 or 80 dec C). Then switch ON
the HEATER ON switch - Wait until the temperature reaches the set value in the TAIE Temperature controller and
meanwhile the nozzle temperature shown by select temperature indicator reaches 40 deg C. - The temperature of Ultrasonic nozzle should be maintained between 40 to 60 deg C. this
temperature can be controlled by setting 1 bar pressure on the air regulator placed on the
right side of machine. - Set Very low pressure like one rotation on the air shaping air regulator. This will make the
spray to achieve the target without any deflection. - Now go to HMI settings page and set the X-AXIS LENGTH in mm, Y-AXIS LENGTH in mm, YAXIS PITCH in mm, NO OF CYCLE, Next cycle ON delay.
- Now come to menu page, select Manual page and change the mode as AUTO MODE. Then
press home page to get back , now select AUTO - Now you can see AUTO SECTION PAGE where it displays the set parameters and , running
parameters. - Press Home once to make the nozzle to reach home position.
- Press CYC START to start the cycle and the nozzles moves in X,Y axis as per setting and starts
spray coating. - In between you can stop the cycle by pressing CYC STOP. Now nozzle return to home
position and we have to start cycle count from 1. - We can monitor the running parameters and the actual number of cycles completes under
RUNNING PARAMETERS
Example: if we can to coat, 100×100 mm SUBSTRATE then the following needs to be set.
X-AXIS LENGTH in mm: 100.0
Y-AXIS LENGTH in mm: 100.0
Y-AXIS PITCH in mm: 5.0
NO OF CYCLE: 50
Next cycle ON delay: 5 seconds
TAKING CARE OF ULTRASONIC SPRAY COATER MACHINE
- After completion of coating, switch of the e drive system. Without giving the solution to
nozzle and in ON condition there will be generation of more heat inside nozzle due to RF
signal. So its highly recommended to switch of the edrive system after completion of
coating. - Switch of the vacuum pump.
- Remove the coated GDL from hot plate safely after temperature goes down.
- Now go to setting set the Peristaltic pump flow rate like 30ml/min, then go to menu choose
MANUAL and put it in MANUAL MODE. Press PUMP DIRECTION ONCE and it will get
reversed. Now press PUMP RUN continuously to reverse the solution from nozzle and tube. - Now place IPA solution in a beaker, insert the tube in the beaker and run the pump in
forward direction, so that it will pass through the tube and nozzle to clean. Collect the other
end with a beaker beneath the nozzle tip.
