Description
Construction :
The Humidity Test Chamber is a double walled chamber. The inner chamber is made of 304 Stainless Steel materials with mirror finish. The outer chamber is made of powder coated GI sheet for corrosion resistance surface .
The chamber is provided with a double walled Door with a toughened glass viewing window which allows inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature inside the chamber. Door is Double walled inner lined with SS The door is mounted on heavy duty plate hinges with effective locking arrangement and seals against atmospheric infiltration by resilient magnet gasket.
Insulation :
The inner space in between the inner and outer wall is insulated and tightly packed with ‘PUF’/ Mineral wool to ensure effective thermal sealing.
Trays :
The Chamber will be provided with Shelf at adjustable height inside of the Chamber. No. of Trays: 3 Number of SS material tray.
Heating System :
Heating elements are made from imported nichrome wires evenly distributed at the back side of
the chamber
Air Circulation :
Forced Air Circulation fan assembly is incorporated to maintain uniform temperature inside the working chamber.
Cooling System :
The temperature below ambient is achieved by incorporating heavy duty sealed CFC free compressor of Emerson Copeland make having condenser reservoir, cooling fan assembly and filled with suitable refrigerant gas which will be circulated throughout the inner chamber for effective uniform temperature up to -40 deg C to 150 deg C.
The temperature can be set between -40 Deg C to 150 Deg C with a accuracy of +/- 1 to 2 DegC.
Humidity Control System :
The Relative Humidity inside the chamber is attained by a heating arrangement inside a water reservoir made of thick gauge 304 grade stainless steel provided at the back side of the chamber.
The RH can be controlled and can be set between 10% RH to 95% RH with accuracy of +/- 3 %. The water reservoir is provided with auto low level cut off device with alarm.
Temperature Control :
The temperature is control within the range by a Microprocessor base PID controller with Pt 100sensor with loop one control.
Humidity Control :
Humidity is controlled by Microprocessor based RH Controller with a direct reading RH sensor in loop two control.
Control Panel :
A compact control panel accommodating all Indicating Controllers, Alarm, controlling switches, indicating lamps etc; is fixed at the side / Top of the chamber for operational convenience.
A high quality fixable moving wheel is adopted on the bottom of the test chamber
